Q: What are my meal plan options?

A: Furman offers several meal plan options that are based on your start year at Furman. You will be preassigned to meal plan and you can change your meal plan until the fourth day of class unless you are a first-year student.

PreAssignments:

 

1st-year students will be preassigned to the Unlimited Plan

2nd-year students will be preassigned to the 190 Plan

3rd year or greater students will be preassigned to the 160 Plan

Full Scholarship athletes are required to have the Unlimited Plan

Q: What to do if I have lost my Furman ID Card?

A: If you have lost your Furman ID card, please complete the Request Lost ID Card Replacement Form! which has a $20 fee that will be added to your student account.

Q: How do you change my meal plan for the upcoming semester?

A:

You will find the link to your Meal Plan Portal at OneCard Meal Plan Portal.

Click the Student & Staff Login link to the left and log in with your Furman NetID and password.


Select Manage My Meal Plan from the menu on the left side of the screen.


Read the important information and select the academic term. This page shows the current plan on the account. If there is no plan on this page, you do not have a meal plan and you have the option of adding a new plan to your account.


Click Manage to change meal plan. Click Add to select a new meal plan.


Confirm your choices.

At the end of the transaction, you will see a receipt. Financial adjustments will be added to your Student Account in about an hour.

Q: How do I add a meal plan?

A:

Here's an example of FAQ and formatting. It can be edited or deleted as needed. Photos are uploaded through the Site Settings -> Custom Images.
  1. To start the process of managing a meal plan, the end user will move their cursor and click on "MANAGE YOUR MEAL PLAN"

  2. Select Semester
    Due to the fact that your end users can manage their meal plans for current and future semesters, they must select what semester they want to manage their meal plan within.
  3. Add Meal Plan
    When the end user does not have a meal plan currently assigned to them for the semester they selected, they will click on "ADD".

  4. Select Meal Plan
    Your end users will click on the various meal plans they are eligible to select in order to decide which meal plan they want to sign up for. When the meal plan is selected, scroll to the bottom and click "CONTINUE".
  5. Select Payment Method
    The end user will select the desired payment method and click "CONFIRM".
  6. Receipt
    After the payment is processed, they will be presented with a confirmation page detailing the transaction.
